Whether you start at a community college, a large institution, or a smaller university similar to Faulkner, we will provide the valuable internships and career connections to get one step closer to your first job.

Some students transfer to Faulkner to be closer to home or to get the smaller university experience. Others come here looking for stronger financial aid packages or a better quality of life. Transfer Scholarship

Transfer applicants only

Transfer scholarships are awarded based on cumulative GPA from all colleges attended.

3.8 GPA- $8,000
3.4 GPA- $7,000
3.0 GPA- $6,000
2.5 GPA- $5,000
2.0 GPA- $4,000

Additional need-based scholarships may be considered for transfer students upon receiving the FAFSA.

Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship

  • May be awarded to Phi Theta Kappa members that are in good standing.
  • Must have a least 60 hours of transferable college credit with at least a 3.25 GPA.
  • Award amount: up to $2500

Admissions Requirements

  • Official transcripts are required from all schools attended and must be received directly from the institution by Faulkner University.  
    • Applicants with more than 24 earned transferable credit hours must a hold a cumulative 2.0 GPA average among all schools attended
    • Students with less than 24 earned transferable credit hours must also submit an official high school transcript. Official ACT, SAT or CLT is recommended, not required.
  • The transfer applicant must not be under suspension for any reason from another college or university.
